I had a great experience at this hotel, enjoying a gorgeous king bed suite that was both comfortable and spacious. The location was quiet yet close enough to downtown, making it convenient for my travel plans. The service from the staff was very accommodating, but I did find some noise from the street that was a bit distracting at times. Overall, the hotel felt luxurious, though the traffic noise is something to keep in mind.

The room was gorgeous and possibly the best I've ever stayed in, featuring a king bed and a small living room. However, I could hear and feel the traffic from the street, which was a drawback.

7.8/10

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located near all the great restaurants and just a short walk from Santa Fe Plaza. The rooms had a lovely small balcony, adding a nice touch to my stay. However, the room was smaller than I anticipated, and I struggled with the temperature since I couldn't adjust the thermostat. Overall, the service was attentive and welcoming, and I enjoyed the fabulous breakfast, even though the cleanliness of certain items could be improved.

Rooms

The room was smaller than I expected and had no way to adjust the thermostat to my preferred temperature; however, it did have a lovely small balcony.
Service

The service was remarkably attentive and friendly, especially in the restaurant where they served a terrific breakfast.

The location is perfect, near great restaurants and within walking distance to Santa Fe Plaza, making it easy to explore.
Dining

Breakfast was fantastic, with a terrific selection, but the delivery could have been improved; we received croissants without napkins or silverware.
Facilities

Facilities were decent, but there were no coffee or tea available in the room, which was a bit disappointing.
